notes on regenerative braking / motor:
• Lowering 1 kilogram distance of 1 meter generates ~10W 
1000m hill with 5% gradient, we get distance gain of 50m
• Bike + rider weight ~100kg
[(10Watts* 50meters * 100kilograms)/3600 seconds]=13Wh.
• Assume our battery is 620Wh (13Ah 48V ) 
• 13Wh is 2% of 620Wh 
∴We generate ~ 2% of the battery. (minus loss in resistance)
